I tailor a results-oriented approach to each individual's specific needs to help them attain goals and personal growth. Some of the techniques used include behavior modification techniques, mindfulness, affirmations, narrative and trauma-focused therapy.

One strength I have as a provider is I have very relaxed therapy style. I have a lot of experience with clients who have trauma, sexually fluid and who come from all walks of life. Very much a judgment free zone.
