In your first session, expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and experiences. We’ll explore which therapeutic approaches resonate with you—mindfulness, CBT, and holistic techniques—tailoring the session to meet your unique needs and ensuring you feel heard and supported.
My greatest strengths lie in my compassionate, holistic approach to therapy, combining mindfulness, CBT, and integrative techniques. I’m committed to empowering women through personalized support, guiding them toward lasting change. With years of experience, I’ve honed my ability to create a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I like to use techniques to help you find moments to stay present and aware of your daily life while working on distorted thinking pattens that keep you stuck and in anxious or depressed moods.
