Hi, and thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth therapy in California and New York. I received my Masters from Rutgers University and my undergraduate degree from Bucknell University. I have been providing therapy for over 20 years. My job is to support individuals and couples in positive growth, as the client defines it.
Typically, initial sessions involve seeing if there is an option for a therapeutic connection. Concerns and questions are often discussed during this time as well. It is important to me that clients feel empowered to share their feelings.
I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients over the past 20 years. I consider a genuine desire to support, humor and a conversational style as a few of my strengths.
I love working with clients who are experiencing challenges in their lives. My role is to meet individuals where they are in their journey and support them in going towards where they want to be.
