Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with identifying symptoms and how they are affecting your overall functioning. We'll also go over your medical and psychiatric history, and current and past medication trials. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strengths are listening to each client and taking all areas of their life into consideration when developing a treatment plan. It's important to recommend a treatment plan that the client is a part of and willing to participate in.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with professionals who are struggling with increased stressors that are affecting their day-to-day functioning. My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious.

My treatment methods

Psychoeducation

I educate my patients on what is causing their mental health symptoms, such as neurotransmitter dysfunction or medical conditions that can exacerbate symptoms. I also educate patients on how the medications work to help them feel better so they can understand why certain medications are choose to treat their symptoms.
