I work to develop positive relationships with my clients with a foundation of both trust and honesty. I have worked with individuals, families, and children. Some of the most common challenges I have helped clients address are stress, depression, anxiety, anger management, family conflict, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and addiction. I have worked with a variety of populations including children, teens, and adults. I have a Bachelor in Psychology from Columbia College. In 2014, I graduated from Alaska Pacific University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in a variety of settings including Residential, Substance Abuse, Community Care with children and families in Foster Care/Probation and Private Practice. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us collaborate to create goals, and a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have worked with a variety of clients throughout my career. I feel this makes me very versatile as a therapist. Also, I try to meet my clients where they are at and get on their level.
I integrate a variety of models into my treatment methods in order to meet clients needs.
