I have been practicing therapy for over 30 years. I provide individual, couples & family counseling. I treat a wide range of issues among patients. The only area I do not treat is addictions & substance use disorders. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and completed graduate school at The University of Texas at Arlington with a Masters in Social Work degree.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I prioritize building connections through understanding individuals' experiences and fostering empathy as a foundation. By immersing myself in their perspective, I forge meaningful bonds. Listening intently and empathizing with their journey allows me to establish genuine connections, enriching both their lives and mine. Understanding is the cornerstone of my approach to building lasting relationships. I would be happy to answer any other questions.
