I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with self-aware millennials and Gen Z individuals who feel stuck, especially in relationship patterns, identity, or life transitions. Many of my clients understand what’s happening, but want support actually creating change. My work focuses on helping you move out of patterns that are no longer serving you and into real, lasting change, so you can feel more clear, grounded, and confident in how you move forward. I offer a thoughtful, warm, and honest space where all parts of you are welcome, including the parts that feel unseen, conflicted, or unheard. For those who value it, I also offer the option to incorporate spirituality into the process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, what’s been feeling difficult, and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’m interested in understanding who you are as a person, along with the challenges you’re facing. We’ll also begin to explore what you’re hoping for, what has or has not worked for you in the past, and where you’d like to go, even if that still feels unclear. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with the intention of helping you feel more clear, more grounded, and gradually more open to envisioning and moving toward the life you want.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my work apart is the balance between depth and direction. I’m not just focused on helping you understand why things are the way they are, but also on helping you actually shift them. Many of my clients come in already having insight, but still feeling stuck. My approach helps bridge that gap so you can begin to see real, meaningful change in your day to day life. I draw from approaches that focus on understanding patterns, relationships, and internal experiences, while also offering practical ways to move forward. I tend to work well with individuals who want more than surface level coping and are ready for a deeper, more thoughtful process. Clients often share that they feel both understood and challenged in a way that leads to greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a high-functioning, thoughtful, and self-aware individual who feels stuck despite having insight. They may be navigating relationship patterns, identity questions, or a significant life transition, and are seeking deeper understanding, clarity, and meaningful change. They are open to exploring themselves on a deeper level, and may also value integrating spirituality into their growth and healing process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use practical tools from CBT to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, manage anxiety or stress, and make changes in your day-to-day life. We’ll focus on strategies you can use outside of sessions as well.

Attachment-based

I focus on understanding how your past relationships and experiences have shaped the way you connect with others and see yourself. Therapy becomes a space where we can build a safe, supportive relationship while working through patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Faith based therapy

For those who would like, I offer Christian counseling, where faith can be integrated into therapy in a way that supports healing, growth, and alignment with your values.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand how parts of themselves shaped by past experiences may be contributing to feeling stuck. By working with these patterns in a compassionate way, clients often experience relief, increased flexibility, and meaningful change over time.

Interpersonal

I use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help clients work through relationship challenges, improve communication, and navigate major life changes. This approach is especially helpful if you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, are going through a breakup or transition, or want to build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
