In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing by reviewing the intake questionnaire you complete prior to the session. This will help me create a tailored individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I pride myself in creating healthy therapeutic relationships with clients while providing evidenced-based person-centered and solution-focused individualized treatment plans and interventions specific to the individual client's needs. No two clients are the same!

Clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression symptoms, relationship stressors, work stressors, balanced life issues, and adjustment issues. I am focused on serving adults and high-functioning emerging adults ages 18 +.

When life happened, I was eager for my next appointment to discuss my feelings about it and find a solution. I felt like I always had someone to help me improve. Michelle challenged me by giving me homework that would help me grow. She was able to hold me accountable to make sure that progression is happening. Most importantly, she empowered me when I felt unsure.
