In our first session together, we will start with an assessment interview then together create a tailored treatment plan to best fit your needs!
My focus is on integrative wellness, emphasizing the importance of interventions in sleep, nutrition, and other holistic modalities side by side with psychotropic medication paired with brief therapy interventions.
My focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, medication management and brief psychotherapeutic intervention for adult clients ages 18-65. I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration and evidenced-based practice. My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.
I love working with all client's psychiatric needs no matter how big or small.
