I strive to bring a calm, steady presence to each session, and I listen. I will offer reflections with care and honesty, with the hope of helping you feel more grounded and connected to your own insight and inner strength.
First session
Our first session will be a gentle starting point-a chance for us to get to know each other and be sure you feel like we will be a good fit. You will be encouraged to share at your own pace. I will certainly ask some questions and will welcome you to do the same. We eill review logistics and set a preliminary plan.
Strengths
I believe therapy should be collaborative and empowering. I was drawn to social work because it offered both heart and purpose.Each experience has shaped my understanding of what it. means to show up with presence, empathy, and clinical skills. I have always been especially attuned to the emotional lives of women.
