I would describe my style as warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and genuine. I value humor, creativity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapy space, while also helping clients identify practical tools and next steps that feel realistic for their lives. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where clients can be fully human — where they can reflect, feel supported, build insight, and begin to relate to themselves with more understanding and care. My background includes experience in school, outpatient, and pediatric healthcare settings, where I have supported clients and families navigating anxiety, stress, transitions, identity development, relationships, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. These experiences have shaped my belief that people are not defined by their challenges; they already carry strengths, wisdom, and resilience that therapy can help them access more fully.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity to ease into the process and begin making sense of what brings you to therapy. We may talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you have already tried, what support looks like in your life, and what you hope to get out of our work. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and there is no expectation that you have the “right” words or a clear starting point.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring attentiveness, creativity, and an ability to help clients feel less alone in what they are carrying. I tend to notice the nuance in people’s stories — the mixed emotions, competing needs, old patterns, and quiet strengths that may not be obvious at first. My work often centers on helping clients make sense of their inner world, reconnect with what matters to them, and find ways forward that feel both realistic and self-respecting.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are looking for support in making sense of their experiences. Clients may be navigating life transitions, relationship stress, identity questions, self-esteem concerns, or patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or overthinking. My work is especially suited for clients who want therapy to feel collaborative, reflective, practical, and grounded in greater self-understanding and meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their existing strengths, clarify what they want to be different, and take realistic steps toward meaningful change. Rather than focusing only on the problem, we work together to notice what is already working, build on past successes, and create practical strategies that support progress in daily life.

Eclectic

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, thoughtfully drawing from different evidence-based practices depending on each client’s needs, goals, and lived experience. This allows our work together to be flexible, collaborative, and responsive, while supporting clients in building insight, coping skills, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

Psychoeducation

I incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, nervous system responses, and relationship patterns. By building insight into what may be happening and why, clients can feel more empowered, reduce self-blame, and develop practical tools for coping, communication, and meaningful change.
