Hi, I’m Lani. I help those struggling to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression manage their emotions, learn to deal with difficulties in life, and become more productive to reach their full potential. Together, we will identify your problems, try to overcome obstacles, and find solutions. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself freely. Therapy is a safe haven where you learn about yourself and make the changes that are important to you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I'll be asking a lot of questions to get to know you and how I can best help you. I'll also follow your lead and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together we'll identify areas to work on and a plan moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked in many different mental health settings which has provided me the opportunity to provide services to a variety of clients and vulnerable populations. This has strengthened my cultural competency and has given me confidence to work with clients coming from diverse backgrounds.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients are wanting and ready to make changes in their life. It can be typical to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. If you are willing to put in the work, we can try to figure it out together.
