I hope clients will just feel comfortable and safe with me. I try to be as real and down-to-earth as possible. This process is hard as it is!
I utilize an array of methods and techniques. My focus has been on trauma-informed modalities, cognitive therapies and EMDR.
I believe my personality is positive yet nurturing while also able to gently confront as needed and after trust and rapport are built in our therapeutic alliance. We’re in it together.

she always helps me to work through whatever issue I'm having in the moment, and she went over my doctors notes from when I was a very sick toddler in the hospital and helped me decipher them and figure out what actions I take mentally and cognitively when it comes to my childhood brain infection. She's always suggesting certain ways to get along with my environment and how to adapt.

In just two sessions! She has helped me see so much about myself and my situation that I hadn’t realized before. I feel genuinely heard and understood something I’ve been needing for a long time and I had not gotten. For the first time in a while I have hope. She is an incredible person and therapist! I finished today’s session feeling amazing about my journey. I got this!
