Charline has extensive experience working with patients in various psychiatric treatment settings, including home visits, inpatient psychiatric units, and outpatient departments. Charline takes a collaborative approach with her patients using an eclectic therapeutic method that combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-focused therapy, and solution/insight-oriented therapy. She believes in holistic health which includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being to promote a fulfilling and purposeful life. She uses CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief psychotherapy to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-ups with her patients. She focuses more on holistic therapy and patient-centered care. She is very caring, and compassionate and she goes above and beyond to help her patients.
