In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I assure you that at the end of each appointment, you will leave with tools to deal with the day-to-day trials, coping mechanisms for those of your past, and above all, hope for the future.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Vivitrol injections, Buprenorphine therapy, Psychological testing for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), Talk Therapy and Play Therapy.
