I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10+ years of experience working across outpatient therapy, in-home services, and telehealth settings. I currently work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions and are looking for a supportive, grounded space to better understand themselves and move forward with clarity. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring deeper patterns related to relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning but feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the direction they want their life to take. In therapy, we work together to create more stability, self-understanding, and alignment with personal values and goals. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling and can integrate spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process as part of healing and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll begin with a brief overview of important logistics and practice information, and I’ll also make space for any questions or concerns you may have. From there, we’ll talk through what’s been going on recently, as well as relevant personal history that helps us better understand your current experiences. We’ll also begin identifying your goals for therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I view the first session as a collaborative starting point. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded space where you feel heard and begin building clarity around both challenges and strengths as we move forward. You don't need to prepare anything in advance-just come as you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a calm, structured, and nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. I bring a steady, grounded presence to sessions that helps clients feel safe exploring both immediate challenges and deeper patterns. My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques to meet each client where they are. I focus on helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward greater clarity, emotional stability, and intentional action aligned with their values. With experience across in-home services, outpatient therapy, and telehealth, I am skilled at adapting to a wide range of client needs while maintaining a consistent therapeutic structure. I also help clients identify strengths they may not yet see in themselves, using those as a foundation for meaningful and sustainable change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions and are looking for a grounded, supportive space to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unsure of how to move forward in a way that feels aligned with their values and identity. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are in seasons of change—whether related to relationships, career shifts, burnout, or questions of purpose and meaning. Many are thoughtful, reflective, and high-functioning on the outside but internally feeling depleted or disconnected. My clients are often seeking more than symptom relief—they want clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of direction. For those who desire it, I also welcome integrating faith and spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process as part of exploring healing, identity, and purpose.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I focus on practical, real-life application so clients can develop more balanced thinking and effective coping strategies outside of sessions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build psychological flexibility by learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while staying connected to their values. This approach is especially helpful for clients feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what matters most to them.

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based concepts to help clients understand how early relational patterns impact current relationships, emotional responses, and self-perception. In session, I focus on building safety, insight, and healthier relational patterns over time.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use solution-focused techniques to help clients clarify goals, identify strengths, and take small, actionable steps towards meaningful change. This approach keeps therapy practical and forward moving while still honoring emotional depth.

Faith based therapy

I offer faith-based counseling for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs and values into the therapeutic process. I approach faith integration in a thoughtful, client-centered way, using it as a source of support, meaning, and guidance while remaining grounded in evidence-based clinical care.
