Once selected, a consultation will be provided to all new clients. This will allow us the opportunity to discuss what it is you are seeking from therapy. After determining your need, an assessment will be completed to determine any hx or current diagnoses (mental/behavioral/substance). A plan of treatment will be completed; this allows us to formulate a treatment plan and projected timeline for sessions to come. After a plan is put in place, sessions will be set and begun to address presented concerns. Nearing the completion of the treatment plan, we will discuss progress made, needed, solutions, goals attained and next steps for closure. Please note: All treatment plans for individuals/couples will be personalized to you and your needs. There is no “one size fits all” to therapy.

What makes my practice of therapy different is my ability to provide therapeutic interventions without the cliché awkwardness of discomfort that comes with exposing and sharing your inner thoughts and life experiences with a stranger. It is my intention to provide effective and efficient therapeutic interventions without pressure or force. Therapy is a choice; it doesn’t and shouldn’t feel like a task. It is to enrich and guide a person to being their best self or to guide them through a difficult process.
