Hi! I’m Ariana! I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults that are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to make meaningful changes that positively impact their everyday lives, relationships, confidence, emotional well-being, communication skills, and overall sense of self-worth and personal growth.
