(she/her)
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in sunny Arizona with 8+ years of experience and a Master's from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). More importantly, I am obsessed with helping adults and young adults thrive! My absolute passion is walking alongside people as they navigate messy relationship hurdles, heal from eating or body image distress, and break free from inherited generational trauma. Together, we'll untangle old patterns and pack away the heavy stuff so you can step into a more authentic, vibrant version of yourself.
There’s no question that the idea of starting therapy can be intimidating—especially when you’re not exactly sure what you’re going to be walking into. Our initial intake session is all about setting a comfortable foundation. Think of it less like a rigid interview and more like a warm, collaborative conversation where we get to know each other. We will focus on your story and goals, we will review initial paperwork and answer any additional questions you have about the therapy process. We will map out a collaborative, personalized game plan tailored to your unique healing journey. Most importantly, this session is a chance for you to see how we vibe. There's no pressure to have it all figured out on day one-just bring yourself, and we'll take it one step at a time!!
Therapy with me isn't about just sitting via telehealth, while I nod and say, "how does that make you feel?" I bring my full, authentic self into the room, combining deep clinical expertise with a lot of heart and a little bit of humor. Because I've spent nearly a decade specializing in systemic family dynamics and relational health, I don't just look at you in insolation. I help you connect the dots between your past, your relationships, and how you show up in the world today. Healing from generational trauma and eating or body image distress requires immense trust. Clients tell me my greatest strength is creating a fiercely non-judgmental, cozy space where you can finally lay the heavy burdens down without fear of shame. While I am a deep listener, I am also an active partner in your growth. I bring a warm, bubbly momentum to our work, meaning we won't just talk about the stuck points-we will actively collaborate on practical tools to help you break free from them. Ultimately, my approach stands out because I see your resilience before I see your struggles. I am here to be your biggest cheerleader, your steady anchor, and your copilot on the road to becoming your favorite self.
My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are ready to stop just surviving and start truly thriving. You are likely a deep feeler, and a hard worker, but you've hit a point where you're tired of the old patterns holding you back. You are a great fit for my practice if you are navigating relational hurdles: you want healthier, more fulfilling connections but find yourself stuck in people pleasing, anxious attachment, or repeating the same relationship loops. Body and food battles: you are exhausted by the constant noise of eating or body image distress and are ready to cultivate a more peaceful, compassionate relationship with yourself. Generational Echoes: you recognize that some of your anxiety, guilt, shame, or behaviors stem from inherited family trauma, and you want to be the one who breaks the cycle. You don't have to have it all figured out, but you are curious, open to self-reflection, and ready for a collaborative partner in your healing.

I identify as
Attachment-based
Because my clinical foundation is rooted in couples and family systems, I don't view your struggles in a vacuum. Instead, I use attachment based therapy to look at the blueprint of your life. Attachment theory is all about how our earliest relationships shape the way we connect, love, and protect ourselves today. If you've every felt chronically anxious in your relationships, found yourself pulling away when things get too close, or felt an overwhelming pressure to be "perfect" to keep the peace, you are experiencing your attachment blueprint in real-time. We will decode your specific attachment style (whether you lean anxious, avoidant, or a mix of both) so you can finally understand why you react the way you do in relationships. We won't just talk about the symptoms; we will look at how childhood family dynamics or generational trauma created these protective habits, gently working to heal those old wounds. Together, we'll practice practical, actional tools to shift you from a place of insecurity and fear into earned security. You'll learn how to communicate your needs clearly, set warm but firm boundaries, and build relationships that actually feel safe and fulfilling. My goal isn't to dwell on the past, but to understand it so we can untangle the wires, free your capacity to love and be loved, and help you show up as your most authentic, secure self.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
At the core of my practice is person centered (Rogerian) approach, which is just a fancy clinical way of saying: I meet you exactly as you are, with zero judgment. I believe you already possess the inner wisdom and resilience needed to heal. My role isn't to be a rigid expert who dictates your life; instead, I provide the safe, fertile soil so you can do the growing. Whether you are unpacking deep generational trauma, navigating a messy relationship fight, or having a heavy body image day, you will be met with absolute warmth and safety. There is no shame in this room, and you don't have to perform or "have it together" for me. I don't just listen to your words- I listen to YOU. I strive to truly see the world through your lens, validating your experiences so you feel deeply heard and understood, perhaps for the very first time. I don' wear a cold, clinical therapist mask. I bring my real, bubbly, human self into our sessions. This creates a genuine relationship where we can laugh, cry, and do the heavy lifting together as equals. By combining this compassionate foundation with my attachment based tools, we create a space where you can let your guard down, discover your true strengths, and confidently step in the driver's seat of your own life.
Existential
Sometimes the struggles we face aren't just about our past or our relationships-they are about the big, overwhelming questions of life. That is why I weave existential therapy into our work. Existential therapy is all about exploring identity, agency, and purpose. It is especially powerful for young adults navigating a quarter life crisis, cycle breakers trying to figure out who they are outside of their family trauma, or anyone feeling stuck in old patterns. We will look at the places where you feel completely stuck or powerless, and gently reclaim your power of choice. You can't control the family trauma you inherited, but you do get to choose how you write the next chapter of your story. We will strip away the "shoulds"-the expectations of your parents, your partners, or diet culture-so you can discover what actually brings you meaning, joy and fulfillment. Stepping into the unknown and breaking old habits is terrifying. I bring an energetic, steady presence to help you face your anxiety, transforming it from a force that paralyzes you into the fuel that moves you forward. I am here to help you embrace your freedom, define your own values, and intentionally design a life that feels deeply meaningful to you.
