I believe in each person's capacity and ability to move toward a life that feels deeply connected, authentic, and alive. Together, we’ll work toward healing that is not only understood intellectually, but also felt emotionally and physically—helping you move beyond simply surviving toward feeling more present, secure, and connected.

You may be carrying past hurts, difficult memories, or patterns of self-doubt. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, helping you move through emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel safer and more grounded in your body.
First session
Our first session is a great opportunity for me to get to know you better, and gain a deeper understanding of what you're hoping to achieve with therapy. Since I take more of a collaborative approach, I always provide opportunities for you to ask any lingering or clarifying questions about the process. I am here to help you navigate the complexities of therapy, and life.
Strengths
I take a warm, relational, and collaborative approach that honors your unique experiences and strengths. I incorporate evidence-based, experiential, and body-based practices to help you process difficult experiences, regulate your nervous system, and develop a deeper sense of safety and connection. I create a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace. I listen deeply and intently, offering thoughtful reflections and gentle invitations to explore more deeply. If you are willing to be vulnerable, I am committed to listening with care, curiosity, and genuine understanding.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are often people who carry a lot of responsibility and are used to showing up for others, sometimes at the expense of themselves. They may be balancing careers, parenting, and relationships while quietly navigating stress, self-doubt, or the feeling that they are never doing quite enough. They care deeply about the people in their lives and may find themselves caught in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, or struggling to set boundaries. Many of my clients come to therapy hoping to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and work through patterns that no longer serve them. They may be navigating family conflict, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or the lasting impact of past experiences. Often, they want to feel more connected to themselves and others but aren't quite sure how to get there. My ideal clients are curious about themselves, open to growth, and willing to engage in the therapeutic process, even when the work feels challenging. They don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. They simply need a willingness to show up, explore their experiences, and work toward meaningful change. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and supporting them as they move toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
