My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have been using person-centered treatment modality for as long as I have been practicing. Person Centered Therapy proves to be an individualized and an effective tool to support a baseline for planning short term and long term goals.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Change begins in the mind. I have used this treatment in conjunction with solution focused therapy to reduce any type of mood and thought deficits to assist with managing mood and emotional imbalances.

Christian Counseling

I have recently implemented this modality. I do believe most issues people are experiencing can be managed through the Christian principles.

Grief Therapy

Helps understand the process and how to manage grief in one's own mental capacity.
