First session
In our first session it's easy to say I want your to feel relaxed but let's be real it's not that easy. I want to invite you to a safe space for you to say what you need to say and be who you need to be. I want to know who you are as a person
Strengths
I had a goal of just helping one person. I have strived to accomplish that daily. One person has the power to help another person. Being a therapist I embrace my ability see your positive features and allow you to see them through a different lense. Im strong with metaphors and highlighting your strengths in areas like work and recreational and using those stratagies in your deficits.
Ideal clients
I focus on all age groups. I have a speciality in child parent attachment and children 0-5 years old that have gone through trauma. I also have addictions background and worked in a substance abuse for years. I have extensive history in working with clients suffering from Anxiety, Depression and ADHD. I am focusing my attention on gaining more skills to work with trauma in adults.
