My personal experience and story is what led me to being a therapist, and I've now worked over 10 years with clients to get them to their best self. First session
In our first session I want to know who you are in a non-mental health way first; your person! We'll then talk about exactly why you're here, and then walk away with one thing to do immediately.
Strengths
My biggest strength is analysis and diagnosis. After this, being able to teach and logically explain what is going on for you. Following this insight, being able to give practical answers on exactly what to do about the analysis and insight received.
Ideal clients
I typically work best with affluent and well-educated individuals. Typically people who are high achieving, but perhaps one or more areas of their life is not what they want it to be, such as a childhood trauma or broken relationship, despite occupational success. Typically people who come and succeed with me want to do the work, put in the effort, care about physical health, and follow through with commitments.

Throughout each session, we'll continually intertwine where your thoughts, feelings, and actions come into play with your attitudes, mindsets, and disciplines.
Christian Counseling
