I am Natacha, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP and PMHNP), with near two decades of experience in various healthcare settings, including some of Massachusetts' top hospitals. I am someone who understands the often-overlooked struggle of individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and burnout, especially when society places high expectations of perfection upon them. My approach to care focus on helping them navigate these challenges while providing compassionate and holistic treatment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use CBT by first helping patients recognize the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through guided conversations, I work with them to challenge irrational or harmful thoughts and replace them with healthier, more realistic ones.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help patients explore and resolve ambivalence about making positive changes. I create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where patients feel empowered to express their thoughts and concerns. By actively listening, asking open-ended questions, and highlighting their strengths, I guide patients to find their own motivation for change and support them in taking actionable steps toward their goals.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use Person-Centered Therapy to focus on creating a supportive and empathetic environment where patients feel valued and understood. In my practice, I prioritize active listening, unconditional positive regard, and respect for each individual’s unique experiences and perspective. This approach helps patients build self-awareness, strengthen their confidence, and take an active role in their healing process.
