First session
A first-time client has the opportunity to discuss symptoms and how they are affecting their daily life. I believe in joint decision making and together we find the best options for treatment whether that includes therapy and/or medication treatment to support your overall quality of life. The goal is to empower you to thrive.
Strengths
I believe in each person’s capacity for change and have seen firsthand the healing that’s possible—especially when addressing anxiety and depression with the right support. With over 30 years in nursing and a strong foundation in medication management, my greatest strength lies in combining clinical expertise with compassionate, personalized care. I understand that mental health challenges are part of the human experience, and I work to remove the shame and guilt often attached to them. I approach care as a partnership, helping clients take leadership in their well-being while guiding them with evidence-based treatment and supportive strategies. If you're ready to feel better and build a healthier, more intentional life, I’m here to help.
Ideal clients
I’m best positioned to serve clients who are looking for a thoughtful, balanced approach to mental health care—those who can benefit from both medication management and supportive therapy. I work well with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, or mood instability who want compassionate, evidence-based care with clear guidance. My ideal clients value a collaborative relationship, are open to understanding how medications work alongside emotional and lifestyle factors, and appreciate having a provider who listens, educates, and helps them navigate both symptom relief and deeper self-awareness.

Supportive
As a PMHNP, I provide supportive care by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and validated.
