As a licensed Social Worker in New York, I bring a wealth of experience and training to my psychotherapy practice. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where my clients can explore their deepest thoughts and emotions. I take a holistic approach to care, drawing upon a range of techniques and treatments to support my clients on their journey towards healing and growth. Thank you for considering I-Depth Psychotherapy for your therapy need

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Then, we I start a psychosocial history interview to learn and know more about your life. These meetings can last for about 2-3 sessions, Then, we will create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with people all ages, made me seek many trainings to address unforeseen situations in people's lives. I am able to help you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and can set up the course of treatment.

My treatment methods

With EMDR we explored event in the past that are affecting effective functioning in the present. I used parts therapy as well to process these events and together the even/traumatic event gets reprocessed and desensitized.

With somatic experiencing I help others connect their cognitive -thoughts and feelings with their body and unlock the sensations associated with the traumatic / events that contribute to negative states.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

With Mindfulness -Based Therapy we observed feelings, emotions, thoughts and sensations all together to deeply connect to the self and go deeper.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

With cognitive behavior therapy is used with the parts therapy and explored how we process our thoughts and feelings and sensations.
