I address a multitude of concerns including various LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, transgender health, grief/loss, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, boundaries, and coping skills. I write gender affirming care letters. I'm here to provide you with a safe space and affirming care to navigate your concerns and assist you in reaching your goals!
First sessions are about getting to know you! This allows you to begin feeling comfortable with therapy and me. Of course there are some standard questions we have to go through, but I try to keep it brief and as enjoyable as possible. First sessions also let you share what brings you to therapy and some goals you look forward to working on.

I routinely pull aspects from CBT, TF-CBT DBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and others.
