New to Grow
I help adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress patterns that feel hard to turn off—even when life looks “fine” on the outside. Many of my clients are high-functioning, self-aware, and capable in many areas of life, but internally experience racing thoughts, self-criticism, overwhelm, or a constant sense of pressure. In therapy, we work on calming the nervous system, understanding emotional and thought patterns, and creating a greater sense of internal safety and steadiness.
Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative first session where we explore what’s bringing them to therapy, what feels most important to shift, and the patterns that may be getting in the way. We’ll begin to clarify meaningful goals and create a 90-day plan to guide our work together in a focused, intentional way. I ask thoughtful, reflective questions to help deepen insight, and I also introduce practical tools so clients leave the first session with something concrete they can begin using right away.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance between depth and practicality. I work with adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, chronic overthinking, and internal pressure to hold everything together. While many clients are insightful and self-aware, they often feel stuck in patterns of stress and self-criticism. My work focuses on helping clients move beyond insight into meaningful change. I integrate nervous system regulation, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and journaling to help clients better understand their emotional responses and develop tools to manage anxiety in real time. Sessions are focused and intentional, with an emphasis on building self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and shifting long-standing patterns. Clients often notice feeling calmer, more grounded, and less overwhelmed. They develop greater confidence in their decision-making, experience reduced overthinking, and feel more connected to themselves. My goal is to help clients move from constantly managing stress to feeling more balanced, resilient, and aligned in their daily lives.
My ideal clients are adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, chronic overthinking, and persistent self-criticism. They are often responsible, capable, and successful in many areas of life, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stressed, and mentally exhausted. Many struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling pressure to hold everything together. These clients are typically insightful and motivated for change. They may have tried therapy before or done personal development work, but still feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional reactivity, or overanalyzing decisions. They often want practical tools to manage stress, regulate their nervous system, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I am best positioned to support clients who want a focused, goal-oriented approach to therapy. Together, we work on building self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, and shifting long-standing thought and behavior patterns. Clients often come in wanting to feel calmer, more confident, and less overwhelmed — and to move through life with greater clarity, balance, and resilience.
