As your therapist, I am committed to creating an inclusive space where you are welcome exactly as you are. I do this with compassion and empathy by listening deeply to what is most important to you. Through therapy, I am dedicated to providing a space where you are met with warmth, authenticity, and acceptance. I create an environment where you will feel truly seen and heard.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use an integrative approach and customize each session to meet your needs. I utilize evidence and strengths-based practices and rely on CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapy to help with processing trauma.
