I provide compassionate, individualized care with over 20 years of nursing experience. I work best with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find balance in their daily lives. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, mood instability, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, or life transitions that feel difficult to manage alone. You may be seeking clarity, emotional stability, improved focus, or relief from symptoms that are impacting your relationships, work, or sense of self.
Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to treatment. We’ll review your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, and any previous mental health treatment. I’ll also ask about your goals and what you hope to gain from care, so we can create a plan that feels right for you. During this visit, we’ll discuss treatment options, which may include medication management, therapeutic strategies, or a combination of both. I take time to explain recommendations, answer questions, and ensure you feel informed and comfortable with each step. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—this session is about building trust, clarity, and a collaborative path forward. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of your mental health, next steps in care, and a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
One of my greatest strengths is my 20+ years of nursing experience, which allows me to approach mental health care with deep clinical insight, compassion, and a whole-person perspective. My background across diverse healthcare settings has shaped my ability to recognize both the emotional and medical factors that impact mental well-being, ensuring care that is thorough, thoughtful, and individualized. I am a strong advocate for my patients and believe feeling heard is foundational to healing. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where your concerns are validated, your voice matters, and your lived experiences guide treatment decisions. Care is collaborative—I work with you, not at you—so you feel informed, empowered, and respected throughout the process. What makes me unique is my ability to blend evidence-based psychiatric care with genuine human connection. I focus on practical, realistic treatment plans that support lasting progress, not just symptom control. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and confident as you move forward in your mental health journey.
My ideal clients are open to a collaborative, supportive approach to care—whether you are new to psychiatric treatment or returning after a break. I especially enjoy working with clients who want to better understand their mental health, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more empowered in their treatment decisions. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building sustainable progress toward improved well-being and quality of life.

I thought Natasha was very nice. Very direct without sounding rude and seemed ready to help however she could.

I felt comfortable and at ease with her, and that matters a lot to an older adult.
