Hey, I'm Kaleb. I believe in the power of meeting clients exactly where they are, without judgment. It is a true privilege to witness my clients' willingness to share their personal stories with me. My passion lies in partnering with young adults who want to improve their day-to-day functioning. Together, we focus on a collaborative process to build the practical habits and life skills that lead to lasting, meaningful change. I love my work, and being able to share a trusted space while watching others grow brings me immense joy.
In the first session, I like to create a warm, grounded experience for my clients. The foundation of a trusted therapeutic relationship goes a long way. Ideally, I would like to gather information about you before beginning the work.
As a psychotherapist, I believe that a holistic approach is the key to building sustained happiness and resilience. Over the last decade, I have committed to an individualized collaborative approach toward wellness with a background as a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach.
I best work when partnering with adults who are ready to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Navigating the transition into true independence can be overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a grounded, collaborative space to tackle the day-to-day tasks that arise while building long-term, sustainable habits. I work best with motivated individuals.
