As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I diagnose mental health conditions and treat using a variety of medications along with talk therapy. My carrier began as a Corpsman in the US Navy where I started my Healthcare journey. With over 15 years of experience in the medical field I hold two Masters degrees as PMHNP/FNP from Otterbein University and Ohio University and Licensed in Nevada Florida and Ohio.

Our first session will go over your physical and mental health status to create a treatment plan of action. Generally will take 1 hour and can be in person or on video visit.

From my experiences as a Corpsman in the United States Navy, I was inspired by the stories of veterans facing mental illness and the stigma surrounding it. This motivated me to pursue a path where I could provide comprehensive and compassionate care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.

We refer patient for CBT and I do med management . I do some talk therapy and discuss non-meds way of helping client with symptoms.
