Whether you're navigating life stressors, relationship challenges, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll identify what’s no longer serving you and work toward restoring balance in your life. I take a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit to help you build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I know that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but taking this step is a powerful act of self-care—you deserve a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. In our work together, I’ll meet you with empathy and evidence-based strategies to help you move beyond unhelpful thinking patterns, emotional roadblocks, and habits that may be holding you back.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we’ll begin with introductions and give you space to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the specific challenges you’re facing, and I’ll begin to get a sense of your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together. This initial conversation will help me create a personalized treatment plan that we can build on in future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults across a wide range of concerns. I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating attachment and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, low self-esteem, and grief. My approach is person-centered, grounded in empathy, care, and compassion. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to explore and express your authentic self. It’s my honor to support you as you work toward healing, self-discovery, acceptance, and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with clients navigating attachment and relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and low self-esteem. I find deep fulfillment in supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-empowerment, particularly those struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, and the lasting impacts of trauma. Helping clients build resilience, develop positive coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner strength is at the heart of my work as a mental health counselor. I am passionate about supporting clients through relationship and attachment issues, as I believe in the transformative power of healthy, connected relationships. Guiding individuals toward more effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy reinforces my commitment to helping them create and sustain meaningful, fulfilling connections.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy is an approach to therapy that specifically targets those thoughts, feelings, communications, behaviors, and interpersonal exchanges that clients have learned to suppress and avoid or to amplify and overemphasize because of early attachment experiences.

Christian Counseling

Christian counseling is a therapy approach that combines your Christian faith with the principles of psychology to address mental health and help your family relationships and the people around you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that may help you to change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Compassion Focused

Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic approach that aims to help those who struggle with shame and self-criticism, often resulting from early experiences of abuse or neglect. CFT teaches clients to cultivate the skills of self-compassion and other-oriented compassion, which are thought to help regulate mood and lead to feelings of safety, self-acceptance, and comfort.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

AEDP stands for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. It's a therapeutic approach focused on helping individuals process and overcome emotional distress, particularly related to trauma and attachment.
