(she/her)
Hello, My name is Tracy and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with several years of experience working with children, families, and couples with a focus on indivuals and relationship therapy. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual in order to cultivate lifelong skills, increased life satisfaction, improved self-esteem, stress management, resolved symptoms, and restoration of hope. In my practice, I utilize both psychotherapy and an integrative approach to knowledge for the understanding of how experiences of the past ultimately affect the way we think and operate in the present as well as in the future. It is my belief that the journey to peace is personal and with guidance and support we can overcome any and all obstacles. We must trust the process.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we’re aligned on your goals. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. My role is to listen, guide, and help you feel at ease. By the end of the session, we’ll identify key priorities and discuss how we can work together moving forward. Depending on your needs, this may include initial insights, practical suggestions, or a plan for future sessions. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where you are, what support looks like, and whether continuing together feels like a good fit.
My biggest strengths include being able to relate to my clients on a deeper level. As an untraditional therapist meeting clients at their current state has yielded the highest and most effective results.
My practice focuses on a range of needs including supporting clients with FMLA, work-related challenges, and trauma-related concerns etc. I work best with individuals who are motivated to gain deeper self-understanding, navigate life transitions, and build healthier coping and relationship patterns. I offer a collaborative and reflective therapeutic approach for those who are open to growth, insight, and lasting change.
Couples Counseling
I have extensive familiarity with couples counseling concepts and evidence-based frameworks, including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — helping couples identify attachment needs, de-escalate negative cycles, and build secure emotional bonds. My approach centers on collaboration, empathy, and emotional safety: Creating a safe and balanced space — ensuring both partners feel heard and respected before focusing on change. Mapping the relationship cycle — identifying recurring conflict patterns (“pursuer–withdrawer,” “attack–defend,” etc.) and the emotions underneath them. Building emotional awareness — helping partners name and share vulnerable feelings rather than reacting from anger or defensiveness.
