Hi All. I’m Charles. Do you find that your family and friends don’t understand what you are going through? Do you feel like you are spinning your wheels and unable to complete your tasks at school or work? Or are you holding it together for everyone else but feel like anxiety is making you unravel. Perhaps you feel like you are down and disinterested in what you used to do? I know that it is hard to pull it together by ourselves sometimes. I prescribed medications to help people manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD to rebalance and become a new you. I address the needs of your mind by combining mindfulness with medicine. Although I don't prescribe BENZODIAZEPINES for anxiety, I am your ally in formulating the specialized treatment. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? In our first session, we will discuss the difficulty that you are having. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize? I begin with the traditional assessment tools, such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Adult Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1) for ADHD, information that the client provides, along with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5 will be used to formulate a diagnosis and plan. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths. I provide kindness. I care about people and their life struggles. Any provider can prescribe medication, and there are thousands out there. I devoted myself to lifelong learning so I could provide the best mental health and life-enriching tools that can last a lifestyle. I want people to help make better choices for the future about their own lives and well-being. People need help from their troubling times to have a transformational life experience with their treatment.
