I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in several states including, Arizona, Missouri, and South Dakota. I received my Masters from Lindenwood University and have been practicing for 10 years. I have worked with a variety of populations from children to seniors and my goal has always been the same; to assist my clients with becoming the best version of themselves. I have a background in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and communication breakdowns within family dynamics.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're currently facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In the past 10 years, I have worked with a variety of populations and have discovered effective methods and modalities to correlate how childhood experiences show up in who we are today. My empathetic ability to engage in active listening while connecting the dots to current behaviors, assist my clients with identifying the "whys" we often ask ourselves when discovering who we are. I've learned getting to the root cause of current challenges are most effective when working towards becoming the best version of yourself.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Your thoughts provoke feelings, and your feelings determine perspective and behavior in situations. I utilize CBT to highlight the significance associated with your ability to take control of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Christian Counseling

In Christian counseling, we will identify and highlight how the word of God correlates with scientific interventions, then apply them to real life situations.

Motivational Interviewing

Tired of being on a hamster wheel in life? Let's utilize motivational interviewing to help you address your feelings and motivate you to change behaviors that don't correlate with you being the best version of yourself.
