I'm a licensed therapist with a focus on helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness techniques to empower clients to overcome their challenges. I’ll explain my therapeutic approach, how I typically work with clients, and answer any questions about the process. Together, we’ll start to outline goals for therapy and discuss potential strategies or tools that may be helpful moving forward. In practice, I integrate mindfulness by guiding clients to develop awareness of their inner experiences and teaching them to observe these without becoming overwhelmed or reacting impulsively. I find mindfulness particularly beneficial for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
