I'm currently accepting new clients who are looking for medication management for depression, bipolar depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD, ADHD and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. I'm using the evidence-based practice to ensure treatment safety and effectiveness with a goal of achieving the optimal outcome
First session
I'll listen to your chief complains/struggle/barriers, obtain a full psychiatric, medical and family history as well as social and personal history, and formulate a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and diagnosis
