I'm glad you're here! Together we will create a treatment plan that is customized to your symptoms, needs and goals. I take a collaborative, inclusive and proactive approach to therapy that combines many modalities to meet you where you are at in your therapeutic journey. Finding the right fit is important so I encourage you to reach out so that we can get to know each other!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that therapy is about creating new patterns in our brains, forming insight, building connections, learning to trust ourselves and accruing skills to move toward a new way of being. I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention Therapy which is the gold standard treatment method for individuals with OCD and rumination based anxiety. I utilize empathy, active listening and gentle challenging to create a therapeutic alliance and facilitate change within the lives of my clients. Connection is key and I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else!

I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and have worked extensively with adults, young adults, college students and teens providing both therapy and advocacy for my clients. I am excited to continue to work with individuals of all ages, genders and goals for therapy and to support my clients in finding the best tools for their healing.
