Hello My name is Marlena Glenn Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide a safe, non judgmental space for individuals and couples, to share life challenges. During sessions expect, compassion, empathy encouragement and empowerment. We will work together to identify life stressors and triggers. I will provide support to develop healthy coping skills and provide tools as you navigate a healthier lifestyle.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the initial session expect a peaceful, therapeutic environment for you to be the expert and share the precipitating events that occurred prior to beginning therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
After over 20 years of, marriage to my current best friend, parenting three children and working as a clinical supervisor at an out patient treatment center, I understand the challenges life may bring. I will walk along side you as you navigate through life challenges.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
During sessions we will working together to identify challenges you are facing. After identifying issues, we will create goals, treatment plans and focus on solutions.
Christian Counseling
During sessions some clients report a belief in great faith and God. If you desire counseling services that are biblical scripture based, I provide Christian Counseling upon request.
Motivational Interviewing
During sessions if you desire to change behaviors or coping skills we will working together to create a plan that includes the process of change, which will include Motivational Interviewing.
