Hello, my name is Gorgeous. I am passionate about supporting Clients through their journey in therapy. I tend to service a lot of clients who've never done therapy before or don't know what to expect. I provide a virtual calm comforting space through my presence for Clients to show up as their true authentic self.
I speak in metaphors and create analogies that are relevant and catchy without all of the clinical jargon.
I focus strongly on building a healthy rapport with my client because that foundation is needed in order to begin the journey towards change.
First session
In your first session you can look forward to feeling heard, feeling seen, and for once it being ALL ABOUT YOU. During our time together we will unpack thoughts and feelings, as well as learn new skills in effort to put yourself first.

Ideal clients
You often feel drained, tired, and burned out in your relationships with others because you show up and go extremely hard. It's normal for you to put your needs last to ensure others are taken care of. Its difficult for you to connect with your feelings because you've conditioned yourself to not feel or you've detached from your feelings because others are depending on your ability to be "strong".

I support you in identifying the irrational self-limiting belief or negative self-talk statement that is preventing you from being the best version of yourself. In working together we identify and practice reframing negative self-talk into rational true statements.
