In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then talk about what you are seeking services for. If time permits, we will collaboratively establish goals that will set the foundation for the work we do moving forward.

My goal is to create a supportive environment while empowering you to make lasting changes in your life. Direct and supported by research, if you are ready to put in the work to get the results, you are in the right place. Most clients reach their goals and start feeling better within 8-12 sessions.
