Do you find yourself constantly worrying about things, even when there's no apparent reason? Have you noticed that your anxiety is interfering with your ability to enjoy life or pursue your goals? Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts and ready to take steps toward feeling more in control? Do you often avoid situations or activities because they trigger your anxiety? Do you struggle with feelings of panic or fear that seem to come out of nowhere?

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then talk about what you are seeking services for. If time permits, we will collaboratively establish goals that will set the foundation for the work we do moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As your therapist, I approach our work with sincere dedication, recognizing its importance, and maintaining a lighthearted atmosphere during sessions. My goal is to create a supportive environment while empowering you to make lasting changes in your life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Navigate Life with Confidence. Discover Your Why. Specializing in goal-oriented therapy, I help you understand your reactions and behaviors, uncovering the reasons behind your emotions and actions. Master how you navigate the world around you. Gain clarity and achieve fulfillment.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based techniques are interwoven into the BCBT platform, specific to your needs providing tools to manage emotions so you can keep a clear mind in tackling concerns. I provide time to practice in session and review how practice goes in between sessions.
