New to Grow
Hi, I’m Molly (she/her), a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals heal from past trauma, explore their authentic identities, and confidently navigate the world as AuDHD or neurodivergent individuals. By blending deep, gentle healing approaches with practical, real-world tools, I partner with you to untangle life's challenges at a pace that feels entirely safe and supportive for your nervous system.
Your first session is a low-pressure, collaborative conversation designed to help us get to know each other and ensure I’m the right fit for your journey. There is no right or wrong way to show up, and you only share what you feel ready to share. Together, we’ll gently explore what brings you to therapy, look at what healing or thriving looks like uniquely for you, and start mapping out a comfortable pace for our work together. Ultimately, it’s a warm, safe space where you can just be yourself while we figure out the next steps together.
What I bring to our sessions is a deep, genuine curiosity and a belief that you are already the expert on your own life. My approach stands out because I don’t try to "fix" you or force you into a one-size-fits-all box. Instead, I blend the deep emotional healing of IFS and EMDR with highly practical, real-world tools from DBT. For my neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, this means you never have to teach me how to understand you or hide who you are. I offer a space where you can completely drop the mask, laugh when things are funny, cry when they are heavy, and untangle past trauma at a pace that actually feels safe for your nervous system.
I love working with individuals who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level and find peace with their past. You might be here to gently untangle and heal from old hurts or traumas that still feel heavy today. Perhaps you are in a season of self-discovery, looking for a safe space to explore your identity, voice, and who you truly want to be. I also specialize in supporting AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) individuals navigating a world that wasn’t built for their unique, brilliant brains. Whether you are unmasking, healing, or trying to find your footing, you don’t have to do it alone—this is a space where your whole, authentic self is completely welcome.
Other specialties
I identify as
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapy approach based on the idea that our minds are made up of different "parts," much like a family. You have protective parts that manage your daily life and try to shield you from pain, and vulnerable parts that hold onto old hurts or fears. Sometimes, these parts clash or get stuck in extreme roles, leading to anxiety, stress, or self-sabotage.
Gender-affirming therapy
Gender-affirming therapy is a supportive space focused on helping you explore, understand, and embrace your true gender identity. Rather than treating your identity as a problem to be solved or diagnosed, this approach meets you exactly where you are with complete acceptance.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help you heal from painful or traumatic memories, much like physical therapy helps a wound heal. When something distressing happens, your brain can sometimes get overwhelmed and "trap" the memory with all its original intense feelings, thoughts, and body sensations. In EMDR, your therapist guides you to focus briefly on that difficult memory while using rhythmic, side-to-side stimulation—usually by having your eyes follow their moving fingers, or by using tapping or tones. This side-to-side movement jumpstarts your brain’s natural healing process, helping it digest and file away the memory so it loses its emotional sting. You still remember what happened, but it no longer feels distressing or disruptive in your daily life.
Relational
Relational therapy is a warm, collaborative approach based on the idea that our relationships with others are central to our emotional well-being. It recognizes that many of our struggles—like anxiety, low self-esteem, or loneliness—often stem from past relationships where we felt disconnected, misunderstood, or hurt. In this therapy, your relationship with your therapist acts as a safe practice ground. Together, you look at how you interact and communicate in real-time, helping you identify old patterns that might be holding you back in your outside life. By experiencing a safe, supportive, and completely authentic connection in the therapy room, you learn how to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a practical, skills-focused therapy designed to help you manage intense emotions and build a life that feels meaningful and worth living. It balances two seemingly opposite ideas: completely accepting yourself exactly as you are, while also working hard to make positive changes. In DBT, you learn a toolkit of everyday strategies divided into four main areas: staying present in the moment (mindfulness), surviving tough situations without making them worse (distress tolerance), understanding and balancing your emotions (emotion regulation), and communicating clearly and setting boundaries with others (interpersonal effectiveness). Instead of being overwhelmed by your feelings, DBT gives you the concrete tools to stay in control and handle life's ups and downs with confidence.
