As an LMFT, my mission is to be able to help you maximize personal wellness. My approach is empathetic, personalized, and evidence-based. I provide psychotherapy to individuals with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. I understand that people are dynamic and multi-faceted so interventions should be as equally diverse. I am dedicated to building on your strengths to encourage personal growth and development, increase positive coping strategies, and promote self-efficacy and resilience. I have worked in various settings where I have developed my eclectic philosophy in working with clients. I empower clients to achieve their goals in their counseling journey. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we”ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing! This we’ll help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As an ecelectic therapist I believe that changing mindsets and shifting belief systems drives the transformation of behaviors, therefore I implement a holistic approach to integrate the well-being of mind, body, and soul. I am trained in various skill-building interventions to effectively provide treatment for adolescents, adults, couples and groups.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with teens and adults in individual and relationship counseling. My primary focus areas are Trauma including racial and generational, adolescent behaviorial disorders, coping skills, mood disorders, communication, interpersonal conflict, BIPOC, body positivity, and processing the impacts of systemic oppression.
