Hello there, I'm Kelsey. Do you feel like you could use a break but are unsure when you will have time to fit one in? Is it hard for you to be kind to yourself or maintain relationships and overall wellness? I help clients manage various challenges that life throws their way! Together, we can look at exactly what is working and what's not working to help bring things into balance. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice and can expect to notice positive changes within yourself and your relationships with others. I look forward to us working together!

Clients have expressed gratitude for my warmth, compassion, and genuineness over the last several years. I would describe myself as a bit non-traditional in that I offer a unique approach to therapy and am sure to promote feedback from clients on what proves to be the most helpful for each client.
I love working with clients who are open to trying out evidence-based tools and techniques! We are all unique and therapy can assist in gaining skills and insight.

I have worked with Kelsey for the past two years and every time I get off of our call I say "I love therapy." She is genuine, gives you a safe space to feel your feelings and will call you out on BS. I have grown so much since working with Kelsey and am excited to continue on with her.

I found Kelsey a little over 2 years ago. She met me where I was then and has constantly adapted to meet my needs as I evolve while offering me the same friendly face, comforting voice, authentic words and realistic advice. I've only felt supported and encouraged in positive ways, even while addressing very negative issues.

Thus woman has changed my life! In just 6 sessions she has completely helped me change how I see myself. I love myself now, body, mind, and soul. I found a gem!
