First session
In Our first session we will start on the issue that made you pick up the phone to try Therapy. My philosophy is to start " Where You are At." and to collaborate together to focus on what you want to be accomplished . I also work with Couples, and Marital Counselor.

In My 41 years of experience as A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I find that most of my clients are looking for short term Therapy weekly or every other week.
Hypnotherapy
I am a certified Hypnotherapist, and I have successfully helped Clients dealing with pain short -Term, and Chronic I have also used Hypnotherapy to treat phobias, fear of Flying, anxiety. I have also worked with Athletes Professional, College, and High School, and youth sports.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I provide short term Treatment that focuses on issues relate to body image, appearance and weight loss
