She uses The Meadows Model, Post Inductive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems in her practice. It is crucial to evaluate an individual's needs and address them appropriately. This comprehensive approach not only alleviates current stressors but also fosters understanding and resilience for future challenges.
Therapy aims to support the client by providing an informed and considerate environment that encourages development and resilience. Tracey’s goal and focus of all therapy is on the client, providing a caring, educated, and empathetic environment that fosters growth and resilience. This is done by identifying wants and needs, developing communication, learning how to set and maintain boundaries, while living in congruence with morals and values.

Tracey's open-mindedness was empowering to me today. As an African American woman who experiences discrimination on a regular basis, it is incredibly validating to have someone who affirms my experiences and empathizes with me. I feel supported, seen, and understood. So far so good with Tracey. I hope that nothing gets in the way of our continuing this healing work together.
