Tracey is a masters-level licensed professional counselor licensed in Arizona and New Mexico. She is a graduate from Ottawa University specializing in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation. She specializes in treatment services for trauma, sexual behaviors, relationships, addictions, mental health, and LGBTQIA2+. Tracey has completed training to be a CSAT, RACS, CSOPT. Modalities incorporated into her services are The Meadows Model, Post Inductive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. It is important to assess an individual's needs and meet them where they are at. The goal of work done in therapy is not just to look at the current situation, but to concurrently explore the origin of problems.
