While I work with a wide variety of clients, many of my clients are experiencing anxiety and depression which is impacting their daily lives. I often find myself working with clients struggling with self-esteem, relationship conflict, and lack of confidence. Also, because of my experience working in film and television, I take special interest in working with artists, and other creatives, who are having difficulty navigating life while pursuing their creative dreams. I consider myself a change agent. I enjoy helping clients identify what changes they would like to make and provide them with practical steps toward meeting their goals. I focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'm a firm believe in "change your thoughts, change your behaviors (and feelings)".
Clients can expect to take away clear goals and actionable steps that they can take in between sessions to get closer to their goals.
MY biggest strength is offering unique and honest perspectives.
