Saúl Diaz
I'm glad you're here. My name is Saúl. I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment.
With a background in both psychiatric and family medicine, I take a whole-person approach—considering both your mental and physical health when developing your treatment plan.

First session
During our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions about your mental and physical health so we can get a clear picture of your needs. You can expect a calm, judgment-free zone where you can speak openly. Together, we’ll start building a plan that works best for you.
Strengths
My approach is thoughtful and tailored to you. I combine medication management with supportive care, always considering both your mental and physical health. I take time to understand your full story, not just the symptoms, so we can build a plan that actually works for you. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe and empowered in your treatment.
Ideal clients
I provide compassionate and personalized psychiatric care for teenagers and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. I strive to create a judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and discussing their concerns openly. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand their mental health, improve daily functioning, build healthy coping skills, and develop realistic treatment plans that support long-term emotional wellness and overall quality of life.
