I help young women (18–30) heal and find direction through faith in Jesus Christ (Yahusha HaMashiach), using practical therapeutic tools and biblical insight. If you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or God, you are not alone. Together, we work toward clarity, peace, emotional healing, stronger faith, and a deeper sense of purpose in daily life with hope.
I offer more than just therapy; I provide a space for both emotional and spiritual growth. Using CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help you manage anxiety, work through depression, and heal from past wounds. Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and explore the deeper, spiritual side of your experience.
The biggest strengths I bring into our sessions are compassion, discernment, and a faith-centered perspective. I create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, while also guiding you with both clinical tools and spiritual insight to help you grow and move forward.
The people I am best suited for are those that are believers of Jesus/Yeshua/Yahawashi. I am a fit for you even if you may not be strong in the faith but you have a heart for Jesus. I am a fit if you would like to draw closer to him but feel that you are struggling mentally which makes your walk in the faith challenging. I am also best suited if you are on fire for the Lord but find that your mental health has you struggling and you are praying to be healed and delivered from mental health struggles including but not limited to, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge them, and replace them with healthier perspectives. I also integrate faith and practical tools to help clients apply what they learn in their daily lives.
Christian Counseling
offer Christian counseling for clients who want to include their faith in the healing process. I integrate biblical truth with therapeutic tools to help you navigate anxiety, life transitions, and emotional struggles while deepening your relationship with God and understanding of yourself.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. I also integrate a faith-based perspective, helping you stay grounded, increase self-awareness, and respond to life’s challenges with both practical tools and spiritual insight.
